Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 15 mins (+ 1–2 hours chilling)

Churning/Freezing time: 30 mins churning + 2 hours freezing

Ingredients

  • 500 g plain Greek yogourt (or plain yogourt of choice)

  • 125 ml MannaBrew, strongly brewed and cooled

  • 115 g (approx. 80 ml) honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 125 ml whole milk or plant-based milk (optional, for a smoother texture)

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogourt, cooled brewed MannaBrew, honey (or maple syrup), optional milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

  2. Taste & Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with additional honey or maple syrup if desired.

  3. Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until thoroughly chilled.

  4. Churn: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (usually 20–30 minutes).

  5. Freeze: Transfer the churned frozen yogourt to a freezer-safe airtight container and freeze for an additional 2–3 hours until firm and scoopable.

  6. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones, and garnish with your favorite toppings.

NO ICE CREAM MAKER METHOD: Pour the chilled mixture into a wide, shallow freezer-safe dish and place in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, remove and stir vigorously with a fork or whisk to break up ice crystals. Repeat for 2–3 hours until thick, then freeze until set.
