Thank you for choosing MannaBrew! We are committed to delivering your favorite caffeine-free mesquite quickly and reliably anywhere in Switzerland.

Below you will find the details of our shipping rates, delivery times, and terms.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We like to keep things simple and fair:

 * Orders up to 2 kg: A flat shipping fee of CHF 9.– applies.

 * Orders from 2 kg to 10 kg: A shipping fee of CHF 12.– applies.

 * FREE SHIPPING: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all Swiss and Liechtenstein orders above CHF 80.–!

3. Processing & Delivery Times

 * Order Processing: All orders are prepared and handed over to Swiss Post within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 * Transit Time: Once dispatched via Swiss Post, your package usually takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

 * You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been shipped.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Risk

 * As soon as your order leaves our premises, the responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and the customer.

 * Important Note on Mailbox Delivery: Packages are deemed successfully delivered once the carrier confirms distribution to your specified address (including deposits in your mailbox or milk box). Heldner Import cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to the goods after effective delivery by the carrier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer, any additional costs for re-shipping the order will be charged to the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives visibly damaged or if something is missing, please contact us immediately at info@mannabrew.ch within 3 business days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging/items so we can assist you right away.
