Terms and Conditions of Sale and Returns

1. INTRODUCTION AND AGREEMENT

This website is operated by Heldner Import, the official importer and distributor of the MannaBrew brand in Switzerland. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by customers, whether private individuals or business clients (B2B). By confirming your order, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms, which are governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations.

2. PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Product quality: We guarantee that the ingredients used in MannaBrew come from wild and natural harvests and are processed in an FSSC‑certified facility for your safety. (Legal note: Although the products benefit from international certifications, they are marketed in Switzerland as wild‑harvested and do not carry the official “Bio” label according to current federal regulations.)

Return policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a 100% refund of the merchandise.

Return conditions: For hygiene and food‑safety reasons, the product must be returned unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Deadline: Customers have 14 days after receipt of the goods to initiate a return.

Procedure: Returns must be sent to our address in Switzerland (listed below). Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Order processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Transfer of risk: In accordance with Swiss law, risk and benefit transfer to the buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier (Swiss Post or any other logistics provider) from our premises.

Shipping fees: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed transparently during checkout before the order is confirmed.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Currency: All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

VAT: Prices are net. Heldner Import is currently not subject to VAT.

Payment methods: We accept secure payment solutions indicated on the website, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and TWINT. Banking data is encrypted via SSL (through our provider Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.

5. DATA PROTECTION (nFADP)

In accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), your personal information is collected and used solely for order processing and the management of our commercial relationship. Your data is never sold or transferred to unauthorized third parties. You may request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (texts, images, graphics, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use — even partial — without prior written authorization from Heldner Import is strictly prohibited.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the website is the registered office of the importer in Mayens‑de‑Chamoson (VS), Switzerland.
