Preparation time: 5 mins (+ cooling time for MannaBrew)
250 ml MannaBrew, strongly brewed and chilled
125 ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
150 g ice cubes
15 g (1 tbsp) almond or cashew butter
2.5 ml (½ tsp) vanilla extract
7 g (5 ml / 1 tsp) maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
1 pinch sea salt
Prepare Base: Brew a portion of MannaBrew and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator prior to preparing the beverage.
Blend: Place the chilled MannaBrew, almond milk, ice cubes, nut butter, vanilla extract, optional maple syrup (or honey), and sea salt into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth, slushy, and frothy.
Serve: Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
TIP: For an extra thick texture, replace half of the ice cubes with ½ of a frozen banana.
