Preparation time: 5 mins (+ cooling time for MannaBrew)
250 ml MannaBrew, strongly brewed and chilled
1 scoop (approx. 30 g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
½ frozen banana
125 g plain Greek yogourt (or plant-based alternative)
15 g almond butter (or peanut butter)
100 g ice cubes
1 g (½ tsp) ground cinnamon (optional)
7 g (5 ml / 1 tsp) honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Prepare Base: Brew a portion of MannaBrew, then chill completely in the refrigerator (or prepare it the night before).
Blend: Combine the chilled MannaBrew, protein powder, frozen banana, Greek yogourt, almond butter, ice cubes, optional cinnamon, and honey in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Serve: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
TIP: For a Mocha Protein Smoothie, opt for chocolate protein powder and add 5 g (1 tsp) of unsweetened cocoa powder before blending.
